Become an Allied Certified Individual & Small Business

Earn two certifications at once while you learn at your own pace as we guide you through mindset, self awareness, listening, empathy, and community-building using micro-courses designed to take 5-15 minutes each.

Once you have completed a minimum of six micro-courses in each of the five core competencies (mindset, self awareness, listening, empathy and community) and passed the Allied Certified Assessment, you will receive your Allied Certified Individual credential. This block-chain encrypted credential can be easily downloaded as a PDF, added to a website or email signature, embedded, or shared across various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to name a few.

Both of our subscriptions plans include our full library of micro-courses, the Resource Library, and the Reflection Journal. Yearly plans also include access to our COMMUNITY Matters online community and virtual events, and includes the Allied Certified Assessment at no additional fee.

Ready. Set. Certify

You do the work and we'll do the bragging! Once 75% or more of your full-time employees volunteer to complete the Allied Certified curriculum and pass the Allied Certified Assessment, you can apply for the Allied Certified Small Business distinction. Once achieved, we will highlight your business in the online consumer-facing Shop Diverse™ Directory--the only directory of Allied Certified businesses.
